All numbers are calculated and stored on your own site. Nothing about your orders is sent to any external service. Reports are read from a separate indexed log table, so dashboards stay fast even on stores with tens of thousands of orders.

Charts are drawn as clean animated SVGs with no external chart libraries, so admin pages load fast. Every figure is visible only to logged-in shop managers. Works with your existing orders, supports HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage), and follows WordPress coding standards throughout: prepared SQL, escaped output, translation-ready strings.

Includes a one-time recalculation tool with a Diagnostics line that tells you exactly how many orders are logged, so setup problems solve themselves in seconds.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.4 or higher
• WooCommerce 8.0 or higher (HPOS supported)
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• Elementor (optional, only for the Elementor widgets)

Instructions

1. Upload the plugin zip via Plugins > Add New > Upload, and activate it. WooCommerce must be active.
2. Open your products and fill in the Cost field (Product data > General). Variable products accept a cost per variation.
3.  Go to Profit Dashboard > Overview and click "Recalculate all orders" once. This backfills your existing order history into the reports.
4.  Add recurring costs like ad spend and gateway fees under Expenses & Fees.
5.  Browse the reports: Overview, Orders Profit, Product/Customer/Country Profitability, Refunds, Inventory, Forecasting and Insights. Use the date range tabs (7/30/90 days, 1 year) on each screen.
6.  Optional: in Elementor, find the widgets under the "Gernx Widgets" category. Figures render only for logged-in shop managers.
