Refund Policy

At, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with the quality of a product you have purchased, please contact us and let us know why you would like a refund. We will review your request and, if approved, we will process your refund and return your money to your credit card (via Stripe or PayPal).

Eligibility for a refund

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase and provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
  • You must not have downloaded or used the product in a way that goes beyond the scope of the product’s license terms.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please go to a personal account, under the tab downloads pick the product you want to refund to, and tap “Ask refund”, describe the reason of refund. Or write to and describe the reason of refund.

Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and get back to you within 3 business days with a decision on whether your request has been approved or not. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds and cancellations

Please note that once a refund has been processed, the product will be removed from your account and you will no longer have access to it. Additionally, any license keys or other product-related information will be invalidated and will no longer be usable. You will not be able to cancel your purchase or request a refund after the 14-day period has expired, so please make sure to request a refund within this timeframe if you are not satisfied with your product.
