At code.market, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with the quality of a product you have purchased, please contact us and let us know why you would like a refund. We will review your request and, if approved, we will process your refund and return your money to your credit card (via Stripe or PayPal).
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
To request a refund, please go to a personal account, under the tab downloads pick the product you want to refund to, and tap “Ask refund”, describe the reason of refund. Or write to email@example.com and describe the reason of refund.
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and get back to you within 3 business days with a decision on whether your request has been approved or not. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
Please note that once a refund has been processed, the product will be removed from your code.market account and you will no longer have access to it. Additionally, any license keys or other product-related information will be invalidated and will no longer be usable. You will not be able to cancel your purchase or request a refund after the 14-day period has expired, so please make sure to request a refund within this timeframe if you are not satisfied with your product.
