Who we are

code.market (also known as C.M., Codemarket EU, Code Market Technologies) is a digital product catalog and SEO tools platform operated by Codemarket OÜ (Estonia).

We sell access to our own digital products and digital services. Payments for those products are processed by Stripe. Support: support@code.market.

What we sell

Everything we charge for is built and delivered by Codemarket OÜ: platform access, community participation, editorial placements, and SEO tools. Current paid offerings and prices: Pricing.

Delivery is digital only (account access and/or digital credits). There is no physical shipping.

What we do not sell

The catalog and category pages contain listings of third-party digital products. We do not sell these products, and we do not process payments for them.

When you open such a listing, you leave code.market and continue on the website of the third-party merchant. That merchant is the seller and the merchant of record: payment, delivery, licensing, refunds, and customer support are handled entirely by that merchant under its own terms. Codemarket OÜ may receive an affiliate commission for a successful referral. See DMCA for our affiliate partnerships.

We do not sell physical goods, adult content (18+), medical products, controlled substances, weapons, gambling services, cryptocurrency, or anything else that falls into a prohibited or restricted business category.

Our products (Pricing)

Paid access sold by us:

  1. Askport — digital product access via subscription (monthly or yearly).
  2. API Substack — digital API access via subscription (monthly, free trial where listed).
  3. Pr-cy.io — digital SEO tool access (Free / Basic / Pro / Agency).
  4. Code.market community participation — paid membership in our product builders community (monthly; yearly where listed).
  5. Blog article submission — one-time fee to submit an article for publication on the code.market blog (price shown at checkout).
  6. Daily digest placement (skip the line) — one-time fee to place a submitted project ahead of the free queue in our email digest.
  7. Product backlink subscription tiers — digital feature access per product, purchased in the dashboard.
  8. Backlink exchange credits — one-time digital credit packages purchased in the dashboard and spent inside the platform.

Customers receive access through their code.market account after payment. Delivery is digital only; there is no physical shipping.

Third-party listings (affiliate referrals)

The catalog and category pages contain listings of third-party digital products. These products are not sold by code.market, and we do not collect payment for them.

  • Opening a listing takes you to the website of the third-party merchant.
  • That merchant sets the price, collects the payment, delivers the product, grants the license, and handles refunds and support.
  • Codemarket OÜ is not the seller, not the merchant of record, and not a party to that transaction.
  • Codemarket OÜ may receive an affiliate commission from the merchant for a successful referral, at no extra cost to you.
  • A listing is not an endorsement. We do not control, verify, or warrant third-party products, their licenses, or their content.

Listing claim, ownership verification, and removal are handled in the dashboard. Removal requests: DMCA.

Subscriptions

  • Billing is handled on the platform.
  • Access continues while the subscription is active or trialing.
  • You can cancel an active subscription at any time via Manage billing, Pricing, or Cancel Subscription in Profile Settings.
  • After cancellation, paid digital access for that subscription is deactivated.

Backlink exchange credits

  • Credits are digital credits used only inside the platform. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and cannot be transferred, cashed out, or redeemed outside code.market.
  • Credits are bought in the dashboard as one-time packages.
  • Balances are shown in the dashboard.
  • Refund rules for credits are in the Refund Policy.
