ZoneDrop - WooCommerce Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup and delivery are core to how a lot of small stores actually operate, but WooCommerce's own shipping settings don't offer a real date/time picker at checkout - just a giant flat dropdown, if that. ZoneDrop fills that specific gap with an actual calendar UI: pick a day from a month grid, then a time slot scoped to just that day, built directly into WooCommerce's block-based checkout as a genuine "Fulfillment method" and "Date and time" step rather than a separate page bolted onto the flow.

It's integrated the correct, current way - through WooCommerce's own Additional Checkout Fields API, so it works with the real block checkout every store is on now, not a legacy shortcode checkout. Store owners configure pickup, delivery, or both, which days are available, free-text time slot labels that fit any store's hours, how many days ahead to offer, and blackout dates for holidays. The customer's choice then shows up automatically everywhere it should - order confirmation, order emails, the admin order screen - no extra setup or custom display code required.

An admin Schedule page turns that captured data into something a shop manager can actually use to fulfill orders: every order with a pickup or delivery slot, filterable by today, this week, or all upcoming, paginated so nothing gets silently buried once a store has a real order history, linked straight to each order, and laid out cleanly on a phone. If WooCommerce isn't active, ZoneDrop fails safe with a clear admin notice instead of a broken checkout.

Requirements

WordPress 6.0 or later. WooCommerce must be installed and active - ZoneDrop is a WooCommerce extension and does nothing without it (it shows a clear admin notice, not a broken checkout, if WooCommerce is missing). PHP 8.0 or later.

Instructions

1. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active first - ZoneDrop is a WooCommerce extension and requires it as a parent plugin. 2. Upload the `zonedrop` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or upload the zip via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. 3. Activate ZoneDrop. 4. Go to ZoneDrop and choose which fulfillment methods are enabled (Pickup, Delivery, or both - at least one must stay enabled). 5. Set the available days and add time slot labels as free text, one per line (e.g. "9:00 AM - 11:00 AM"). 6. Set how many days ahead to offer, and add any blackout dates for holidays. 7. Save. The "Fulfillment method" and "Date and time" steps now appear automatically in WooCommerce's block-based checkout. 8. The customer's choice appears automatically on the order confirmation page, the order email, and the order edit screen - no further setup. 9. Check ZoneDrop > Schedule to see every order with a fulfillment slot, filterable by today/this week/all upcoming.
