A lightweight, self-hosted online store built in plain PHP + MySQL, specifically designed for shops taking orders over WhatsApp. When a customer checks out, the order details are saved directly to your database, and WhatsApp automatically opens with a complete, pre-formatted order message sent to your business number.

⚡ Zero Hassle: No frameworks, no build steps, and no Composer packages. Upload the files, import the single SQL file, update your config file, and your store is live.

Requirements

💻 System Requirements

• 🐘 PHP: Version 7.4 or 8.x with pdo_mysql, mbstring, curl, and sessions enabled.
• 🗄️ Database: MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+ (InnoDB, utf8mb4).
• 📂 File System: Writable assets/uploads/ directory for media, product photos, and store logos.
• 🌐 Web Server: Apache with .htaccess rewrite access enabled (or custom error page handling configured on Nginx).
• 🔒 SSL: HTTPS connection enabled (required for PWA progressive web app support).

Instructions

1. Create a MySQL database and import db/schema.sql.
2. Set database credentials in config.php and upload the complete folder to your hosting directory.
3. Make assets/uploads/products/ writable by PHP.
4. Open /admin/ using the initial account described in the included README, then immediately change its username and password under Settings.
5. Set your WhatsApp number with country code, store name, site URL and currency under Admin Settings.
6. Add products and test checkout. Use HTTPS for PWA support and set DEBUG_MODE to false before launch.
