word unscrambler

This page takes up to 15 letters and gives you a TXT of every dictionary word those letters can make. A ? stands for one unknown letter, and you can use two.

Do not click Download TXT. Digits, spaces, and more than 15 letters have no word list.

Methods

1. POST https://codemarket-d273ae066a43.herokuapp.com/api/v1/word-unscrambler/jobs/ searches the word list. Body: {"text":"lsten"} or {"text":"l?sten"}. The method keeps every word that fits, including shorter words. The response is job_id and status queued. A bad letter set returns 400.
2. GET https://codemarket-d273ae066a43.herokuapp.com/api/v1/word-unscrambler/jobs/{job_id}/ is the wait. Stop only on succeeded. failed means there is no file.
3. GET https://codemarket-d273ae066a43.herokuapp.com/api/v1/word-unscrambler/jobs/{job_id}/result/ returns words.txt after succeeded. Longer words are first. If nothing fits, the file says No matching words.
