• Do I need PHP hosting? No. The backend is Supabase (PostgreSQL + Edge Functions). Free tier to start.
• Can I run cash-only? Yes — disable cards with one config switch; Stripe is optional.
• Is the admin a web panel? It's a native Flutter manager app (iOS/Android), not a web panel.
• Can I rebrand it? Yes — one config file per app for name/currency/country/keys, plus your icons.
