WaitlistKit - Coming Soon and Waitlist Templates

WaitlistKit is a set of 15 coming-soon and waitlist page templates in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Each template is one HTML file with a live countdown and an email form that collects real signups. Set your launch date, paste one link from your form provider and upload the file to any web host. No framework and no build step.

Where signups can go

• Formspree: paste your form address
• Google Sheets: a ready script is included, each signup becomes a row
• Web3Forms: paste your access key
• Mailchimp: paste the address of your embedded form
• Netlify Forms: when the page is hosted on Netlify
• Your own API or a webhook: any address that accepts a JSON POST

Good to know before you buy

• These are front-end templates. Signups are stored by the form service you choose, so you need an account with one of them. Most have a free plan
• Out of the box every template runs in demo mode: the form shows the thank-you message and saves nothing until you add your provider
• The signup counter shows a number you set. It is not read from your form provider
• Fonts load from Google Fonts. Everything else is inside the file
• Made for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile

Requirements

• A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari
• A text editor to change the text, colours and launch date
• Any web host for static files. No server software, database or build tools are needed
• An account with a form service (Formspree, Web3Forms, Mailchimp, Netlify) or a Google Sheet, to store the signups

Instructions

1. Unzip the download and open index.html in your browser to browse the templates
2. Copy the template you like from the templates folder and rename it index.html
3. Open it in a text editor and change the brand name, headline and text
4. Scroll to the WAITLIST SETTINGS block at the bottom of the file. Set your launch date and your form provider
5. Upload the file to your web host and submit the form once with your own email to test it
