The live demo is read-only and contains fictional seeded data. Real messaging, payments and AI provider calls are disabled in the demo. The buyer application requires your own provider configuration.

What you need

A compatible PHP hosting account, a database and public HTTPS are required. For real WhatsApp messaging, configure a Meta developer app, a WhatsApp Business Account and the required permissions. Embedded Signup and Business App coexistence depend on Meta approval and account eligibility. AI features require a supported provider key; payment collection requires your own gateway account.

Hosting, Meta messaging, AI provider usage and payment processing fees are separate. Meta pricing depends on message category, recipient market and current rules. Wabrio does not guarantee Meta approval or unrestricted messaging.

AI that can help with the next step

Build agents with knowledge sources, instructions, tools, budgets and guardrails. Supported actions include order lookups, contact updates and internal appointment workflows. Use the platform's provider pool or permit workspace-owned keys. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and OpenAI-compatible endpoints are supported; model capabilities vary.

Connect knowledge and available built-in tools, or configure custom HTTPS tools for your own services. External API accounts and configuration are required for the services you connect.

Two builders for two different jobs

• Chatbot flows: visually connect messages, conditions and available actions to guide conversations.
• WhatsApp Forms: build structured, multi-screen experiences with an encrypted data endpoint.
• Templates and automation: prepare reusable messages, drips and automation rules.

Available node types are shown in the builder. Nodes marked “Coming soon” are excluded from the current feature promise. Meta reviews templates and published WhatsApp experiences according to its own policies.

Payments and provider choice

Included online gateway integrations: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, PayU, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, Mollie and Paddle. Manual payments and an offline test driver complete the 14 payment methods. Availability, recurring billing, currencies and account eligibility depend on the selected provider.

Wabrio includes 26 dashboard languages, RTL layouts and 160+ configurable currencies. A configured currency does not mean every gateway can charge in it. Third-party logos identify compatibility, not endorsement.

Choose the hosting setup that fits

• PHP 8.3+, Laravel 12: MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+, required PHP extensions, writable storage, cron and HTTPS.
• Lite mode: compatible shared hosting, database queues driven by cron and polling inbox updates. Minimum guidance: 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 10 GB disk.
• Full mode: VPS or Docker, Redis, supervised workers and Reverb websockets. Minimum guidance: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB SSD.
• Frontend: Vue 3, Inertia and TypeScript. Prebuilt assets are included; Node.js is needed only when rebuilding frontend source.

Size the server for your message volume, media and concurrent users. Shared hosts must support the required extensions and cron; not every shared-hosting plan qualifies. The installer checks the environment before setup.

Codester edition and support

The Codester download contains readable, editable source with no purchase-code activation, remote licence validation or installation domain locks. Updates are installed manually from Codester Downloads, using the edition-specific manual. Local installer security, user authentication, tenant isolation and provider credentials remain.

Regular covers one project; Extended permits unlimited projects and redistribution only as part of a larger project. Neither permits resale of this item as-is. Codester's licence terms govern the purchase. Contact the author through the item's Codester support tab for questions about included features and reported defects. Hosting administration, custom development and provider fees are separate.

The shared demonstration interface may show the standard edition's licence or update screen. The Codester download omits purchase activation and uses manual updates.

Real WhatsApp messaging requires a Meta developer app, WhatsApp Business Account and required permissions. Embedded Signup and coexistence depend on Meta approval and account eligibility. AI requires a supported provider key; payment collection, email and optional store connections require your own accounts. Provider charges are separate. No Codester purchase key or author activation service is required.

Instructions

Install your Codester edition

1. Download the Wabrio Codester ZIP and open its bundled offline HTML manual. Choose the documented shared-hosting or VPS/Docker path.
2. Prepare PHP, the database, HTTPS, writable storage and cron. Follow the deployment guide for Full mode workers, Redis and websockets.
3. Run the secured installer, configure the database and create your administrator. No purchase-code activation is required.
4. Configure branding, email, packages, payment gateways and AI provider keys.
5. Configure Meta and required permissions for real messaging. Create a workspace, connect its WhatsApp account and set up contacts, agents, templates and flows.

Update and get help

Use Codester Downloads for new versions. Back up the database, configuration, uploads and storage, then follow the Codester manual to replace source, install dependencies, rebuild assets if required and run migrations. Do not apply another marketplace's runtime update package.
