Voyara - Travel Agency and Hotel HTML Template

A complete website template for travel businesses that also run their own place to stay: travel agencies, tour operators, small-group tour companies, boutique hotels, resorts, villas, hostels, glamping sites and retreats. A warm, original "postcard and passport" design with postmark stamps, ticket cards, dashed routes, polaroids and handwritten notes, plus everything a travel site needs: tour pages with itineraries and departures, a hotel website with rooms and dining, booking request forms, a trip planner, a shop and printable travel documents.

Built on Bootstrap 5.3.8 with plain JavaScript. No build step and no jQuery: open index.html and it works.

Good to know

• Demo photos and videos are not included. The live preview uses photos from Unsplash and videos from Pexels for presentation only. In the download every image is a labelled placeholder (assets/img/placeholder/) showing its size, ready to be replaced with your own.
• Bookings are requests, not payments. Prices, seats left, availability, exchange rates and the snow and aurora panels are sample data. To sell online, connect your booking engine and a payment provider.
• The maps are OpenStreetMap embeds. They are the only external requests and can be removed.
• The shop and traveller account are front-end designs. To take real orders or show real bookings, connect them to a shop platform or your booking system.
• All company names, people, figures and reviews in the sample content are fictional.

Version 1.0.1 - October 2026

• Fixed: between 1200 and 1399 px wide the header menu and the "Plan my trip" button did not fit, so the button was cut off at the right edge. In that range the menu links are slightly tighter and the button shows its icon only (the label is still read by screen readers).
• Fixed: the sliders (for example the destinations slider on Home 1) showed scrollbars on Windows, including a second, vertical one. Sliders with arrow buttons now hide the scrollbar (touch, trackpad and arrows still scroll them); tables and the spa schedule no longer show a vertical scrollbar.

Requirements

• A current web browser. Tested in Chrome and Edge; the CSS is supported by current Firefox and Safari too
• A code editor to change the content, for example Visual Studio Code
• Any web hosting for the static pages (Apache, nginx, LiteSpeed or a static host); no database
• PHP 7.4 or newer with mail() only for the enquiry, booking request and newsletter forms (assets/php/); the mbstring and cURL extensions are optional. All other pages are plain HTML and work without PHP
• Optional: a Mailchimp account for the newsletter and a Google reCAPTCHA v3 key for extra spam protection
• Optional: Node.js, only for the Sass and minify scripts (npm run build). It is not needed to use the template
• For real bookings and payments: your own booking engine, channel manager or payment provider. The template sends booking requests by e-mail; availability, prices and seats in the demo are sample data

Instructions

1. Unzip the download. The voyara/ folder is the template; the documentation is in Documentation/index.html.
2. Open voyara/index.html in your browser to look around. No build step is needed.
3. Pick your colours: choose one of the 12 skins, or change the four variables at the top of voyara/assets/css/style.css. Put your own CSS in voyara/assets/css/custom.css.
4. Choose your home page (rename it to index.html), delete the pages you do not need and replace the texts. Replace the placeholder images in voyara/assets/img/placeholder/ with your own photos.
5. Edit your tours, destinations, rooms and prices directly in the HTML. Prices are written in USD; set your own exchange rates (or remove the currency switcher) as described in the documentation.
6. Set your e-mail address in voyara/assets/php/contact.php and newsletter.php. Optionally add your Mailchimp and reCAPTCHA keys.
7. Booking forms send a request by e-mail; they do not take payments or check availability. Connect your own booking engine or payment provider if you need that (documentation, "Booking forms").
8. Replace https://voyara.example with your domain, then upload the contents of the voyara folder to your web hosting. Using the RTL version? Upload the rtl/ folder too.
9. Optional: run npm install, then npm run build to compile the SCSS and minify the CSS and JS.
