TrackForge Pro - Customer Tracking Portal

TrackForge Pro is a customer tracking portal plugin for WooCommerce stores that want to give buyers a polished order progress experience without building a custom tracking system from scratch.

The plugin adds a branded tracking page where customers can look up their order using the order ID and billing email. Store owners can show a visual fulfillment timeline, estimated delivery details, courier information, customer-facing stage history, and current order progress in a clean WooCommerce-focused workflow.

TrackForge Pro does not replace WooCommerce order statuses. It adds a separate customer-facing tracking layer that can be customized with fulfillment stages, timeline styles, notification templates, courier fields, and reliability logs.

It includes a shortcode, native block editor support, My Account timeline integration, WooCommerce order edit controls, email alerts, message alerts, optional SMTP delivery, courier tracking fields, notification logs, privacy tools, and a Reviewer Mode that creates demo data for quick marketplace testing.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or higher.
•  WooCommerce 8.0 or higher.
•  PHP 7.4 or higher.
•  A published WordPress page for the tracking portal.
•  Email or SMTP configuration is recommended for production notifications.

 Twilio or WhatsApp Cloud credentials are required only if real WhatsApp sending is enabled.

Instructions

1. Upload and install the TrackForge Pro ZIP file from WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2.  Activate TrackForge Pro.
3.  Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
4.  Open WordPress Admin > TrackForge Pro.
5.  Configure the plugin settings, including branding, tracking page, ETA, notifications, courier settings, and log retention.
6.  Create a public page such as "Track Order".
7.  Add the TrackForge Tracking Portal block or the shortcode .
8.  Publish the page and select it in TrackForge Pro settings.
9.  Open TrackForge Pro > Stages to customize the customer-facing fulfillment stages.
10.  Open a WooCommerce order and use the TrackForge order meta box to set the current stage, ETA, courier provider, tracking number, and tracking URL.
11.  Customers can now use the tracking page with their order ID and billing email.
12.  For demo or reviewer testing, open TrackForge Pro > Reviewer Mode and create demo data.
