About TkReels – Video Reels App:
This is a project similar to the popular TikTok and Facebook Reels applications. This project allows users to publish previously created videos or record video from a camera. Also, when publishing a video, the user can choose music for his video, add a short description and hashtags. Users can write comments, like, chat, create ads on the market, customize the appearance of their profile, change privacy settings, etc. The app has virtual currency and in-app purchases, which allows you to profit from users’ use of the app – there is an “Upgrades” section where users can activate additional features using virtual currency, which is purchased through in-app purchases. Interstitial ads are also integrated to generate revenue from users using the app. Used for development: server part – php, application – the latest version of Android Studio and Java. Server side is built on object oriented php with a MySQL database. Installation of the server part is done quickly in a few simple steps. Server part can be installed on any “Shared” hosting with php and mysql – the script does not require VPS hosting or unique server settings! Server part was originally written for php 8.x, but is fully compatible and runs on php 7.x Project comes with full source code for app and server part!App demo:
