TikGames - Laravel TikTok Live Game Platform

TikGames is a Laravel and Node.js platform for operating an interactive TikTok LIVE gaming service. Creators connect their streams to games, while administrators manage accounts, subscriptions, payments and the game catalog.

The platform uses a third-party TikTok integration. It is not an official TikTok product, and connectivity depends on changes to external services.

Requirements

Before installing TikGames, make sure your server meets the following requirements:

• PHP: PHP 8.2 or newer, compatible with Laravel 11.
• Laravel: Version 11.
• Node.js: Required for the Live Connector and game server.
• WebSocket Support: Required for real-time communication.
• Database: A database supported by Laravel 11.
• Stripe Account: Required to process payments through Stripe.

Important: Your hosting environment must support both Laravel and Node.js processes for the platform to operate correctly.

Important Notice - TikTok Integration

TikGames does not use an official TikTok API to connect to TikTok LIVE streams.

The platform uses a third-party integration method to establish connections with TikTok LIVE sessions.

Please be aware that this integration is not officially provided or endorsed by TikTok, and its availability may depend on changes to TikTok's services.

Instructions

1. Read Documentation.html and prepare hosting for Laravel 11, PHP 8.2 or newer, a database and a persistent Node.js process.
2. Extract the Laravel and Node.js packages, install their dependencies and configure the database, application URL and environment settings as documented.
3. Generate a new Laravel APP_KEY for your installation. In Settings > Node.js Game Server, generate your own Gameserver Auth Key and set its matching encrypted value as LARAVEL_AUTH_CLIENT_KEY in the Node.js environment.
4. Configure the game-server URL, reverse proxy and WebSocket support. Keep the authentication keys synchronized when regenerating them.
5. Configure Stripe and its webhook according to the included guide, then test subscriptions and stream connections before launch.
