Tiers for HivePress adds a flexible vendor tier system to your HivePress marketplace. Reward high-performing vendors with better commission rates, badges, and other tier-based benefits.

Create multiple vendor tiers and define custom requirements based on vendor performance. Set thresholds for completed orders, total earnings, rating, and review count, then let the plugin automatically evaluate vendors and assign the appropriate tier.

Vendors can track their current tier, requirements, progress, and upcoming tier directly from their account page, making it clear what they need to achieve next.

Requirements

• WordPress
• HivePress plugin
• HivePress Marketplace — required for marketplace-related metrics and commission benefits
• HivePress Reviews — required for rating and review count metrics
• Badges for HivePress — optional, required only for badge-based tier benefits

Instructions

1. Install and activate HivePress.
2. Install and activate Tiers for HivePress from the WordPress Plugins page.
3. If you want to use marketplace metrics or commission benefits, install and activate HivePress Marketplace.
4. If you want to use rating or review count requirements, install and activate HivePress Reviews.
5. If you want to use badges as tier benefits, install and activate Badges for HivePress.
6. Go to Vendors > Tiers in the WordPress admin area.
7. Create your first vendor tier and configure its requirements and benefits.
8. Add performance metrics such as Completed Orders, Total Earnings, Rating, or Reviews Count and define the required values.
9. Configure tier benefits such as Commission Rate, Commission Fee, or Badge.
10. Create additional tiers and arrange them in the desired progression order.
11. Save the tiers and assign an initial tier to vendors if needed.
12. Vendors can view their current tier, requirements, progress, and upcoming tier from their account page.
13. The plugin automatically evaluates vendor eligibility during tier updates and assigns or changes tiers according to your configuration.
