• PHP Extensions: mysqli, mbstring, json, session, openssl, curl, fileinfo
• Composer 2.x
• HTTPS recommended (required for push notifications and PWA install)

Instructions

Installation Instructions

1. Extract the ZIP file into your web server's document root (e.g., /var/www/html/ or C:xampphtdocs).
2. Open your browser and visit http://your-domain/install.php.
3. Follow the 5-step setup wizard:
   • Step 1 — Automatic requirements check (PHP version, extensions, permissions)
   • Step 2 — Enter database credentials (auto-creates database and imports schema)
   • Step 3 — Set app name and enable/disable features (gamification, tokens, QR check-in)
   • Step 4 — Create your admin account
   • Step 5 — Generates .env config file, runs Composer install, complete setup
4. Delete install.php when prompted for security.
5. Optional: Set up a cron job for booking email reminders: */15 * * * * php /path/to/cron/booking_reminder.php
6. Optional: Generate VAPID keys for push notifications from Admin Panel → Push Settings.
