Sitewyn - AI Website Builder SaaS with AI Images

Description

A website studio for your customers. A platform for your business.

Sitewyn is a self-hosted AI website builder SaaS. Your customers describe a business, shape a page plan, refine the result on a visual canvas and publish under their own domain. You manage the platform: branding, workspaces, subscription plans, credits, providers and payments.

Built-in AI image generation: create brand-aware images from the media library, image controls or chat, then use them in your pages. Combine AI website generation, original imagery, visual editing and supported video media in one workspace. Image providers and models are configurable; provider charges and AI credits apply.

Built for agencies, hosting resellers and founders creating a branded website service. The download includes editable TypeScript source, the customer workspace, super-admin tools, the public website and CMS, deployment files and the buyer manual.

Installation: a Linux VPS is required. Hosting, AI usage, email, storage and other provider charges are separate. Your purchase follows Codester Regular or Extended licence terms.

Start with a brief worth building.

Describe the business, begin from a template, or bring a brand kit. Sitewyn proposes a sitemap and section plan that you can review before confirming the build. Pages take shape section by section, then the canvas becomes your workspace for refinement.

AI generation uses a structured site document and Sitewyn's renderer. It is a website builder, not an arbitrary-code or native-mobile-app generator. Results depend on the brief, provider, model and configuration.

Keep the canvas in your hands.

Click a heading, image, button or section to edit it. Change copy, layout variants, design tokens and responsive styles without making an AI call. Use chat when you want help rewriting or reshaping a page.

Manual visual edits consume no AI credits. AI generations, chat requests and other metered actions use the operator's configured credit pricing.

Bring a recognisable starting point.

Build a reusable brand kit from a website URL, a logo or information entered by hand. Keep colours, typography, logo, tone and business facts together for the next site. The URL flow extracts brand information; it is not a full-page website cloning service.

At platform level, set your application branding, public website, email identity and plan catalogue. Customers work in separate workspaces with their own projects, media and team permissions.

Give the content more ways to speak.

Images: use uploads, saved library assets, stock search or brand-aware AI image generation. Generate from the media library, image controls or chat. Supported image providers, model choices and BYOK settings are configured by the operator; provider usage and credit costs are separate.

Video: upload supported MP4 or WebM files, or add YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Wistia links. Place videos in sections and galleries; use supported uploaded files for muted hero and section backgrounds. The wizard, brand kits and chat can place your supplied videos.

Video formats, codecs, file-size limits and export limits apply. External players load on interaction. Sitewyn does not include video transcoding or AI video generation.

A clear route from draft to live.

Publish a snapshot to a site subdomain or connect a customer's domain. The DNS wizard explains the required records and checks them; Caddy issues and renews HTTPS certificates for approved domains.

Exported static content can be hosted elsewhere. Forms, storefront checkout, bookings, members and other dynamic features still depend on a running Sitewyn backend. Next.js source-project export, FTP/SFTP publishing and native app generation are not included.

Make the site useful after launch.

Keep your clients in the conversation.

Invite a client to preview a site, leave section-pinned comments, approve a draft or request changes. Available permissions let clients edit text and images and view relevant submissions, orders, bookings and analytics. Advanced agency billing and the other separately planned add-ons are not included.

Run the platform behind the creative work.

You set the offer and prices. Screenshots contain fictional business records; they are not customer testimonials, measured performance results or revenue promises.

Choose the services behind your offer.

AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and compatible endpoints. Text, image and tool capabilities vary by provider and model. Connect your own accounts and enable customer BYOK on the plans you choose.

Platform billing: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, PayU India, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, Mollie and Paddle. Manual bank transfer and an offline testing driver are also included. These platform gateways are separate from the site's storefront checkout providers.

Connections: REST APIs and signed outgoing webhooks support integrations with your own tools and automation services. Such connections are not additional native CRM integrations.

The dashboard includes 26 languages and RTL layouts, with over 160 configurable currencies. Actual charge currencies, recurring payment support and account eligibility depend on the gateway. Website translation and AI output languages depend on their configured providers.

The Codester source edition

Full editable TypeScript source, customer workspace, super-admin tools, publishing runtime, deployment templates and a bundled offline manual. This edition has no purchase-code activation, remote licence checks, activation domain locks or verification heartbeat. The local install token protects first-time server setup.

Updates come from Codester Downloads. Back up your database, configuration, uploads and published sites, then replace the source, rebuild and migrate using the included guide. No generic runtime updater is included.

Your purchase is governed by Codester's Regular or Extended licence terms. Regular covers one project; Extended permits unlimited projects and source distribution as part of a larger project under those terms. Neither permits reselling Sitewyn as-is. Six months of author support covers documented installation, features and defects through Codester. Hosting, provider usage, custom development and server administration are separate.

The public demo uses the shared Sitewyn interface. The Codester download omits the licence screen and uses manual Codester updates. Customer publishing-domain verification remains for correct site routing and HTTPS security.

The complete application needs a Linux VPS. The Vercel demo is a separate demonstration build with recorded sample data; it does not imply the full backend and publishing infrastructure run entirely on Vercel.

The demonstration uses fictional business data recorded from the real application. Visual editor changes stay in your browser tab and are not saved to a server. AI generation, publishing, payments and other persistent changes are blocked. Open the demo in a new tab if a marketplace preview frame prevents sign-in.
