Servora - QR Menu and Restaurant Ordering SaaS

Servora is a multi-tenant restaurant management platform for creating digital menus, accepting online orders, and managing restaurant operations. Customers scan a QR code to browse a restaurant menu and place orders from their own devices.

Restaurant owners manage menus, orders, and day-to-day activity from a dedicated dashboard, while platform administrators can manage tenants and subscription plans.

Payment gateways, SMTP, Pusher, Google login, and Cloudflare R2 are optional integrations. Their live functionality requires the buyer's own provider accounts and credentials.

Requirements

• PHP 8.3 or later with the PHP extensions required by Laravel 13, including Ctype, cURL, DOM, Fileinfo, Filter, Hash, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PCRE, PDO, Session, Tokenizer, and XML.
• MySQL 8.x database and a database user with permission to create and modify tables.
• Apache or Nginx with URL rewriting enabled and the web document root pointed to the application's public directory.
• Composer 2.x to install PHP dependencies.
• Node.js and npm are only required if you need to rebuild the frontend assets.
• A valid domain with HTTPS is recommended for production use and third-party integrations.

Instructions

1. Check that your hosting meets all requirements listed above.
2. Create a MySQL database and a database user with full access to that database.
3. Upload and extract the application package on your hosting account.
4. Configure your web server so the domain's document root points to the application's public directory.
5. Make sure the application can write to the storage and bootstrap/cache directories.
6. Open https://your-domain.com/install in your browser and follow the installer to enter your site, database, and Super Admin details.
7. After installation, sign in with the Super Admin account you created and configure optional services such as email and payment gateways.

For production, use HTTPS and replace all demo credentials with your own secure values.
