ServicePro is a multi-branch field service management system built with Laravel 12, PHP 8.3, MySQL and Bootstrap 5.3. It covers AMC contracts, job cards, equipment tracking and GST billing in one platform.

Designed for service businesses, ServicePro manages the full service lifecycle: customers and sites, equipment registration with QR codes, AMC contracts, preventive maintenance, technician dispatch, job cards, inventory, quotations, invoices and payments.

Suitable for HVAC, electrical, CCTV and security, fire safety, elevator, IT and networking, generator and facility management companies, and any other AMC or field service business.

  • PHP memory limit of 256M or higher
  • Writable storage/ and bootstrap/cache/ directories
  • Cron support for scheduled tasks
