The app is fully PWA-ready: installable on phone, tablet, or desktop directly from the browser, with offline support built in.

• A Cardknox merchant account (for payments)
• A Groq API key - optional, only needed for the AI Assistant, free at console.groq.com

5. Edit .env - set your database, Cardknox, and (optional) Groq credentials
6. php artisan migrate --seed
7. npm run build
8. php artisan serve

Default admin login after install: admin / admin@example.com — password: password (change it immediately).
