Instructions

1. Install Request Tracker with the Incident Report module/add-on on a server
2. Follow instructions in INSTALL_GUIDE.txt to install RT Incident Portal on your server
3. Follow instructions in RT_SETUP_GUIDE.txt to configure Request Tracker for API interfacing with RT Incident Portal
