RestockCraft - WooCommerce Back in Stock Alerts

RestockCraft adds a "Notify me" form to every out-of-stock product and variation. Customers leave their email, and when the product is back the emails go out by themselves, in the background, in the order people signed up.

A fair queue tells only as many people as there are units, so nobody runs to your shop for something that is already gone. A personal coupon rewards the wait, and the dashboard shows the money waiting on your lists and the sales that came from the alerts. No license key, no external services, no tracking.

The form in your shop

• On every out-of-stock simple product, and on each variation: it appears when the customer picks a sold-out size or colour

Fair, automatic sending

• Emails go out by themselves when the stock comes back, in signup order and in batches, through the WooCommerce background queue
• Fair queue: units in stock × people per unit (for example 3 units → the first 6 people)
• If units are still unsold after the hours you choose, the next people get their chance; nobody is told twice about the same restock
• Or tell everyone on the list at once
• Minimum stock before the emails start, batch size for slow mail servers
• Keep people on the list until they buy, or remove them after the email

Personal coupon

• Each person gets their own single-use code in the back-in-stock email
• Percentage or fixed amount, only for that product and that email address
• Expires after the days you choose

Four editable emails

• Confirm your email (double opt-in, for guests or everyone)
• You are on the list
• Back in stock: product image, price, button, coupon and a link to leave the list
• New signup notice for the shop manager (optional)
• WooCommerce email design; sent in the customer's language

Instructions

1. Unzip the downloaded package.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and choose restockcraft.zip (not the whole package).
3. Activate the plugin and open WooCommerce → Stock Alerts (the form appears on out-of-stock products right away).
