It connects to the official WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) with your own free developer account — never unofficial "WhatsApp Web automation" libraries that get business numbers permanently banned. Self-hosted on your own server: no cloud subscription, no per-message fees from us, your data stays yours.

• Stackable reminder rules — e.g. "1 day before at 18:00" + "2 hours before". Day-based rules send at a fixed local hour, never 3 a.m.
• One-tap Confirm / Cancel quick-reply buttons; confirmations and freed-up slots show on the dashboard
• Reschedules and cancellations automatically re-plan or cancel pending reminders
• Idempotent cron engine: delayed or overlapping runs can never double-send; stale reminders are skipped, not sent late

Requirements

• PHP 8.3+ (pdo, mbstring, openssl, fileinfo, intl; gd recommended) — the installer checks this for you
• MySQL 8 / MariaDB 10.6+ or SQLite — ordinary shared hosting works
• HTTPS (for Meta's webhook) and one cron entry
• A free Meta developer account of your own, for the official WhatsApp Cloud API

Made for easy self-hosting

• Browser install wizard — upload, open your site, fill in DB and admin details. No Composer, no SSH, no code editing
• Runs on ordinary shared hosting: one cron line, no websockets, no queue workers, assets pre-built
• Message costs are billed by Meta directly (reminders use the cheap "utility" category); RemindWave itself has no per-message fees and no subscription
