Note:-

• Twilio configuration is required for sending SMS
• Cron job configuration is required for sending email and message

Create Custom services

Step: Setup->Reminder settings->Reminder services-> Add New service

Enable Staff Reminder Trigger SMS in setting

Step: Setup->Settings->SMS->Staff Reminder(section)->Click on Available merge fields links and copy merge fields and paste text area then save it.

Customised your customer email template

Step: Setup-> Email Templates >Customer>Reminder->Customised your template as per needed.
