Recovery WL - Billing and Payment Recovery SaaS

Recovery WL is a complete self-hosted web application for managing customers, charges, Pix payments, payment recovery and WhatsApp communication. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript and Supabase, the platform is designed for agencies, developers and entrepreneurs who want to launch a customizable billing and payment recovery service. The system supports multiple companies, allowing each business to manage its own customers, charges, users, branding and integrations. Each buyer deploys the application using their own hosting, database, Mercado Pago and WhatsApp accounts. Complete source code and installation documentation are included. All screenshots and demonstration records use fictional data.

Requirements

• Node.js 24 or compatible supported version • npm package manager • Supabase account and project • Vercel account or compatible Next.js hosting • Mercado Pago account for Pix payment integration • Meta Developer account for WhatsApp Cloud API • Approved WhatsApp Business configuration for production messaging • Email provider configured by the buyer • Domain name recommended for production use • Basic knowledge of environment variables and web deployment Third-party accounts, credentials, hosting plans, domains and API usage fees are not included.

Instructions

1. Download and extract the main ZIP file.
2. Open the Source directory.
3. Install the dependencies with npm ci.
4. Create a new Supabase project.
5. Apply the included database migrations in the documented order.
6. Copy .env.example to .env.local.
7. Add the required Supabase and integration credentials.
8. Run npm run preflight.
9. Run npm run lint and npm run build.
10. Deploy the application to Vercel or another compatible hosting provider.
11. Configure Mercado Pago and WhatsApp webhooks using the included guides.
12. Create the first company and administrator account.
13. Customize the logo, colors and business information.
