3️⃣ Run the Installer • Open https://yourdomain.com/install... in browser • Fill in database credentials • Enter your site URL (with trailing slash) • Click "Install Now" • All tables created automatically - no manual SQL import needed

4️⃣ Log In & Configure • Open admin panel link shown after installation • Default login: admin / admin123 • Go to App Settings → set stream URL, logo, social links

5️⃣ Secure Your Installation • Delete install.php from server • Change default password immediately • Update username if needed

🐛 TROUBLESHOOTING

❌ Logo not showing? → Check SITE_URL in config.php has trailing slash → Verify uploads/logos/ folder has 755 permissions

❌ Can't log in? → Check database connection in config.php → Clear browser cache and cookies
