QueueFlow - Laravel Queue Management SaaS

Overview

QueueFlow is a self-hosted multi-tenant platform for clinics, salons, banks, government desks and service centers. Install once and host many businesses. Each business can run multiple branches with isolated queues, appointments, staff, counters and customers.

This is a complete Laravel application with demo data. After install you can sign in and use the queue, appointments, kiosk and live display immediately.

Honest limits

• No Stripe / PayPal checkout. Super Admin assigns Free, Starter, Business or Enterprise.
• No SMS gateway. Visitor alerts are email only when SMTP is configured.
• Public screens poll over HTTP. WebSockets are not required.

Requirements

• PHP 8.4.1 or newer (PHP 8.2 and 8.3 will fail — Laravel 13 / Symfony 8)
• PHP extensions: ctype, curl, dom, fileinfo, json, mbstring, openssl, pdo, pdo_mysql or pdo_sqlite, tokenizer, xml, zip
• Composer 2
• MySQL 8 / MariaDB 10.6+ (production) or SQLite (local)
• Apache or Nginx with document root set to the public/ folder
• Writable storage/ and bootstrap/cache/
• Node.js 18+ only if you rebuild frontend assets (compiled files are included)
• SMTP for visitor email in production (default mailer writes to the log)

Standard install

cp .env.example .env
composer install --no-dev
php artisan key:generate
php artisan migrate --seed
php artisan storage:link

Point the web server document root at public/. Then open APP_URL and sign in.

MySQL / cPanel

1. Create an empty utf8mb4 database
2. Import database/queueflow.sql
3. Copy .env.example to .env and set DB_* plus APP_URL
4. Run php artisan key:generate and php artisan storage:link

Use either migrate --seed or the SQL file. Do not run both.
