You can create the starting value and ending value for the slider, set the value for step dragged, choose skin for slider and set the price for each step. You can create multiple custom fields on the same product to suit your demand.

Every time customer changes the slider value, the product price will be automatically calculated. The value of slider will also appear in the shopping cart and order when customers place an order, so you can manage this.
