Post and Buy - Classified Ads Listings

Please note that this is a Laravel 12 application. Experience with this framework and server configuration is required. PHP 8.2 or higher is needed.

Post & Buy Classified Portal

Post & Buy is a complete classified ads marketplace for buying and selling locally. Users can register, post listings with photos, search with advanced filters, feature ads, buy posting packages, and advertise on banner slots. New: AI automation reviews new ads for you (approve, reject or send to an admin) and gives logged-in users a 24/7 AI help assistant. An admin panel controls categories, packages, payments, AI settings, CMS, homepage copy, and the rest of the site. Demo data is included so you can explore the script immediately after install.

AI automation (optional)

AI ad review (moderation)

• Three modes: Instant (no review), Manual approval, or AI review
• AI checks title, description, price and category against your own marketplace rules (plain language, one rule per line)
• Confidence thresholds: auto-approve and auto-reject only when the AI is sure; everything else goes to the admin queue
• Optional photo checks with vision-capable models
• Detects ads posted in the wrong category and gives sellers a clear rejection reason
• Safe fallback: if the AI is unreachable, ads go to the manual queue (or are approved, your choice) and are never lost
• Admin Ad Review queue with AI verdict, full decision history, quick approve / reject and “Run AI review again”
• Sellers see “Under review” / “Rejected” badges, the reason, and can edit & resubmit
• Automatic approval / rejection emails and app push notifications
• Pending and rejected ads are hidden from all public pages and the API
• No cron job or queue worker required (queue worker optional for busy sites)

AI help assistant

• Chat bubble on the website and “Help assistant” in the mobile app, for logged-in users
• Answers from your FAQs and CMS pages, and explains the user’s own plan and ads (e.g. why an ad was rejected)
• Stays on topic, never shows other users’ data, replies in the user’s language
• “Contact support” handoff when a person is needed
• Daily question limit per user and custom instructions (tone, support hours)
• Admin Support Chats log to see what users ask and which questions need a human

Supported AI providers: OpenAI, any OpenAI-compatible service (Groq, OpenRouter, Ollama, Azure), Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini. Built-in “Test connection” button; API keys are stored encrypted.

Please note: AI features are off by default. They use your own account and API key with the AI provider you choose, and that provider bills you directly for usage. No AI key is included with this item and no fee is charged by us.
