Online Classes & Examinations is a complete web-based platform for conducting online exams, managing courses and lessons, and delivering online classes. It is suitable for schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, training centers, and educational organizations.

The platform includes separate Admin, Teacher, and Student panels with tools for managing exams, courses, lessons, students, instructors, branches, and educational content.

Institutions can create and manage online exams, paid exams, courses, curriculum, homework, certificates, and live classes. The system also supports online meeting integrations such as Zoom and Google Meet.

It is designed to support organizations with multiple classes, branches, franchises, teachers, and students from a centralized administration system.

How Online Classes Work:

1. Create a Zoom account and get the API keys from your Zoom account.
2. Save the credentials under “Online Classes & Examinations” → “Live Class Credential”.
3. Add a Live Class and enter the required details.
4. The scheduled live class will appear for students.
5. Admin can start the meeting using the Zoom App / Online Classes & Examinations before the scheduled time.
6. Students click the Join button and the Admin approves their requests.
7. After joining, students can watch the live streaming video class.
