Nexus HR And Payroll System

Managing a growing workforce has never been easier. Nexus HR is a robust, end-to-end Human Resources and Payroll management system built on the powerful Laravel 11 framework and Flutter. Designed with a stunning, glassmorphism-inspired UI, it brings Fortune 500-level software design to businesses of all sizes. Stop worrying about proxy attendance and fake GPS apps. With our Strict Geofencing Engine, employees must be physically present within your defined office radius to clock in via the web or mobile app. The system acts as your automated HR manager—it automatically calculates late arrivals, enforces minimum hours for half/full days, and even deducts half-days for habitual latecomers. At the end of the month, the Automated Payroll Engine takes over. It reads the employee's payable days and mathematically generates a fully compliant salary slip, accounting for Basic, HRA, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI limits), State-wise Professional Tax (PT), and unlimited custom allowances or deductions. Includes a Built-in Installation Wizard! Deploying to a live server takes less than 2 minutes. The built-in wizard checks your server requirements, verifies the Envato Purchase Code, configures your database, and creates your Admin account automatically.
