Nexora - PHP Grocery Store and eCommerce

NEXORA turns a local kirana or general store into an online shop. It gives you both halves of the business: a storefront where customers search, add to cart and order, and an admin panel where you manage products, stock, orders, payments and content.

Checkout is built for how small stores in India actually get paid. Customers can choose cash on delivery or pay to your UPI QR and submit the UTR number and a payment screenshot, which you verify from the admin. Stock is checked before every order is created.

It is written in PHP with SQLite, so it runs on low-cost shared hosting without a separate database server.

Requirements

• PHP 8.1 or newer
• PDO and PDO SQLite extensions (enabled on almost every host)
• mbstring, fileinfo and cURL extensions
• Apache or LiteSpeed (Nginx works with the rules in the documentation)
• Shared hosting, cPanel or VPS
• HTTPS recommended

Instructions

1. Download the ZIP from Codester and extract it on your computer.
2. Upload the contents of the source folder to public_html (or a subdomain folder) using File Manager or FTP.
3. Make the data and uploads folders writable (755, or 775 if your host needs it).
4. Open your domain in a browser. The SQLite database and default tables are created on the first visit.
5. Log in to the admin panel with the default login listed in README.txt inside the package, then change the password straight away.
6. Add your logo, site name, contact details and other settings.
7. Add your own content and remove the demo data.
