MenuMint - React Restaurant Menu and Ordering

MenuMint is a modern restaurant QR menu and online ordering system built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Supabase.

It is designed for restaurants, cafes, fast-food businesses and other food businesses that want to offer customers a simple digital menu and ordering experience.

Customers can scan a table QR code, browse the menu from their phone, add food items to their order and place an order without installing any mobile app.

Restaurant owners get a clean dashboard to manage menu items, categories, restaurant branding, table QR codes and customer orders.

MenuMint includes a secure Supabase backend with authentication, PostgreSQL database, storage and Row Level Security.

The package includes complete source code, database schema, setup instructions and documentation.

Requirements

Node.js 20 or newer npm Supabase account A modern web browser Static hosting such as Vercel, Netlify or similar Basic knowledge of React, TypeScript and Supabase for customization

Instructions

1. Extract the downloaded package. 2. Open the source folder. 3. Run npm install. 4. Create a Supabase project. 5. Run the included database schema in Supabase SQL Editor. 6. Enable Email/Password authentication in Supabase. 7. Create a .env file using the included .env.example file. 8. Add your Supabase Project URL and publishable key. 9. Run npm run dev to start the project locally. 10. Create a restaurant owner account. 11. Configure restaurant branding, menu categories and table count. 12. Add menu items and upload food images. 13. Generate table QR codes from the dashboard. 14. Run npm run build for production. 15. Deploy the generated dist folder to Vercel, Netlify or another static hosting platform.
