MediClinic - Medical Clinic Management System

MediClinic is a complete web-based medical clinic management system developed with PHP and MySQL.

It provides a centralized platform for managing daily clinic operations, including patients, appointments, medical consultations, prescriptions, documents, billing, doctors, staff, notifications and reports.

The system features a clean, responsive interface designed for practical day-to-day use in medical clinics and practices.

MediClinic is easy to deploy on XAMPP and does not require Composer or complex dependencies.

Requirements

• PHP 8.0 or higher • MySQL or MariaDB • Apache web server • XAMPP or compatible PHP hosting environment • Modern web browser • PDO / MySQL support • Write permission for the uploads directory

Instructions

1. Extract the MediClinic package.

2. Copy the project folder to the XAMPP htdocs directory.

3. Start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP Control Panel.

4. Open phpMyAdmin and create a new database.

5. Import the database file located in: database/mediclinic.sql

6. Open config.php and configure the database connection according to your environment.

7. Open the application in your browser: http://localhost/medecin/

8. Use the demonstration accounts provided in the documentation to access the system.
