Requirements

- PHP 8.2 or 8.3 - MySQL 8.0 or higher - Composer 2.x - Laravel 12 - Nginx or Apache web server - Supervisor (for queue workers) - A valid SMTP account (Gmail, Mailgun, SendGrid, Brevo, etc.) - SSL certificate recommended (free via Let's Encrypt / Certbot)

Instructions

1. Upload the ZIP contents to your server directory (e.g. /var/www/yourdomain.com) 2. Run: composer install --no-dev --optimize-autoloader 3. Copy .env.example to .env and set your APP_URL, database credentials, and APP_KEY 4. Run: php artisan key:generate 5. Run: php artisan queue:table && php artisan cache:table && php artisan session:table && php artisan migrate --force 6. Configure Nginx using the included nginx.conf template (replace yourdomain.com with your domain) 7. Get free SSL: certbot --nginx -d yourdomain.com 8. Set up queue worker using the included supervisor.conf template, then: supervisorctl start mailpulse-worker:* 9. Set permissions: chmod -R 775 storage bootstrap/cache 10. Visit yourdomain.com/register to create your admin account 11. Go to SMTP Providers, add your SMTP credentials, click Activate, then Test 12. Import contacts via CSV, create groups, compose your first campaign and send
