MailKit Pro - 20 SaaS HTML Email Templates

MailKit Pro is a set of 20 transactional and lifecycle email templates for SaaS products. They are built the way inboxes need them: table layouts, inline styles, Outlook fallbacks, preview text, and a plain-text version of every email. Paste the HTML into your sending tool, add your merge tags and send.

The 20 emails

• Account: welcome, magic sign-in link, password reset, team invitation, security alert, account suspended
• Billing: invoice, receipt, subscription confirmed, payment failed, trial expiring, cancellation, upgrade offer
• Engagement: onboarding step, feature announcement, newsletter, weekly digest, referral, feedback survey, re-engagement

Good to know before you buy

• These are HTML files for the code editor of your sending tool. They are not made for drag-and-drop editors, which rewrite the markup
• The sample company, names and amounts are placeholders. Replace them with the merge tags of your own tool
• The templates follow established practice for Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and Yahoo and were checked in a browser. Email clients differ, so always send yourself a test first
• Rounded corners and shadows are not shown in Outlook on Windows. Buttons and cards appear with square corners there
• The templates use a text logo and system fonts, so there are no images to host

Requirements

• An email sending tool or your own code that accepts custom HTML
• A text editor to change the name, colours and words
• No build tools are needed. The styles are already inline

Instructions

1. Unzip the download and open index.html to browse the templates. preview.html shows each one at desktop and phone width
2. Open a file from templates in a text editor
3. Replace the sample product name with yours, change the colours and edit the words
4. Replace the sample values with the merge tags of your sending tool
5. Paste the HTML into the code editor of your sending tool, and the matching file from text into the plain-text field
