Requirements

• Node.js 22 or newer and npm
• Basic knowledge of React and Next.js

Instructions

1. Unzip the package and open the kairo-ai-starter folder in your terminal
2. Run npm install
3. Copy .env.example to .env (demo mode works with no keys)
4. Run npm run dev and open http://localhost:3000
5. Add your Anthropic, Stripe, Resend and OAuth keys to .env to go live, then follow the README for Stripe prices, webhooks and deployment
