What you will be able to do: - create trees from scratch; - add new elements to the tree; - change the name, description and image of individual structure elements; - scale the tree; - move both individual elements and entire branches within the tree; - delete both individual elements and entire branches within the tree; - search for an element within a structure by id; - save the structure to a file; - load a tree from a file; - include structure file in html for default loading; - save trees to the server via API; - connection and use in the frameworks occurs through a regular script tag, while the work will occur with the regular DOM Javascript, bypassing the DOM of the framework;

Instructions

  1. Extract the package and open documentation/index.html for the setup and API guide.
  2. Include the supplied struct.css and struct.js files in your page and add a container with id="treeStructure".
  3. Call treeCreate() to create an empty tree, or pass a saved tree structure.
  4. Use treeInitData() to configure images, scaling and menu controls.
  5. Review the demo folder for editing, saving and loading examples before integrating the plugin.
