InvoicePro - PHP Invoice and Quotation System

InvoicePro is a PHP and MySQL invoice and quotation management system for small businesses, freelancers, agencies and service providers.

Create invoices and quotations, manage customers and products, record payments and review outstanding balances from a responsive dashboard. Accepted quotations can be converted into invoices.

The package includes PHP source code, database files and an English installation and buyer guide. Invoices and quotations can be printed or saved as PDF through the browser print dialog.

Tax rates are configurable. Buyers are responsible for configuring tax and other financial settings for their jurisdiction.

Requirements

• PHP 8.1 or higher with PDO MySQL enabled.
• MySQL 5.7 or higher, or MariaDB.
• Apache or another compatible PHP web server, with permission to create a database.
• A modern web browser.
• HTTPS is recommended for production.

Instructions

1. Extract the InvoicePro package and upload it to your PHP web server.
2. Create a database and import database/schema.sql.
3. Edit config/config.php with the database host, name, username and password.
4. Point the domain or subdomain document root to InvoicePro/public to keep configuration files outside the public web root.
5. Open setup.php, create your administrator account and sign in through login.php. Restrict or remove setup.php after creating the first account.
6. Configure company settings, then add customers and products or services.
7. Create quotations or invoices, configure taxes and discounts, record payments and use Reports for CSV exports.
8. Use the browser print dialog to print invoices or quotations or save them as PDF.
