Welcome 2026! The product has evolved into its most modern form, fully eliminating JavaScript in favor of a unified C# ecosystem using Blazor. By adopting an opinionated Vertical Slice Architecture (VSA) within a monolithic single-project structure, we have drastically simplified the development workflow. This approach allows developers to remain focused on delivering features without the friction of juggling between multiple projects, ensuring a cohesive and highly maintainable codebase.

The front-end experience is now powered by Blazor, seamlessly integrated with a high-performance backend built on Minimal APIs. This combination provides a lightweight yet powerful REST API for all business processes, maintaining full decoupling while benefiting from the speed and type safety of a single-language stack. The system structure is intentionally flat and consistent, making the source code intuitive and easy to navigate for enterprise-scale requirements.

Now running on .NET 10, the system leverages the latest cutting-edge performance enhancements from Microsoft, offering unparalleled efficiency and reliability for modern Warehouse Management System and business operations.

Run The Project: Visual Studio

Getting started is easy! Thanks to Monolithic (VSA-Vertical Slice Architecture) Clean Architecture, everything is structured and streamlined.

• Open the project using Visual Studio.
• Update the connection string in appsettings.json to match your SQL Server database.
• Clean and build the solution:
  • Right-click the solution > Clean
  • Right-click the solution > Build
• Run the project:
  • Click the green “play” button in the Visual Studio toolbar.

Note: The database will be created automatically if it does not exist.

Deployment to IIS

Deployment is easy! Thanks to Monolithic (VSA-Vertical Slice Architecture) Clean Architecture, both the front end and back end are in a single deployable unit, making the process straightforward.

Publish the Project:

• Right-click the project > Publish.
• Choose a folder to output the files.

Deploy to IIS:

• Copy the published files to your IIS directory.
• Configure IIS to point to the folder and ensure database connectivity.

Monolithic Vertical Slice Architecture

The system has transitioned to an opinionated Vertical Slice Architecture (VSA), enhancing the Monolithic Clean Architecture to ensure a highly focused and simplified development process. By consolidating all components of a specific feature—from the API endpoint to the business logic and data access—within a single “Features” folder, developers no longer need to juggle between multiple projects or layers to find related files. This approach streamlines dependency management and eliminates the risk of a “dependency nightmare” by keeping the codebase within a single, unified project. Deployment is significantly simplified, as the entire system resides in a single repository with an optimized pipeline, reducing operational complexity.
