Infinite CashFlow - Petty Cash Management

Infinite CashFlow is a self-hosted petty cash and expense management system designed for businesses that need better control over day-to-day cash operations.

Manage petty cash sessions, business expenses, employee advances, cash top-ups and reporting from one centralized application.

Built with Laravel 13, Infinite CashFlow provides a clean and responsive administration interface with light and dark modes, role-based access, activity logging, PDF reporting, backup and restore tools, configurable tax settings and a guided web installer.

The application is designed for real-world petty cash workflows, from opening a cash session and recording transactions through employee advance settlement and final session reporting.

The commercial package includes the required production dependencies and pre-built frontend assets, so Composer and Node.js are not required for normal installation.

Requirements

• PHP 8.4 or higher
• MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+
• Apache, Nginx, IIS, WAMP, XAMPP or compatible cPanel hosting
• Web/document root must point to the Laravel /public directory
• URL rewriting must be enabled
• Writable storage/ and bootstrap/cache/ directories
• Scheduler/Cron configuration required for scheduled application tasks

Required PHP extensions:

BCMath, Ctype, cURL, DOM, Fileinfo, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PCRE, PDO, PDO MySQL, Tokenizer, XML, GD, Sodium and ZIP.

Composer is not required for normal installation. The vendor dependencies are included.

Node.js/npm is not required for normal installation. The frontend assets are pre-built and included.

Redis is not required.

Instructions

Installation:

1. Upload and extract the Infinite CashFlow package on your server.
2. Configure your domain or web server document root to point to the application's /public directory.
3. Make sure the required PHP extensions are enabled and the required directories are writable.
4. Create an empty MySQL database and database user.
5. Open the application URL in your browser.
6. Follow the guided web installer.
7. Complete the Requirements, Database, Administrator, Company and License steps.
8. Finish the installation and sign in using the administrator account created during setup.
9. Configure company, tax, currency, SMTP, users, banks and other settings from the administration area.
10. Configure Cron or Windows Task Scheduler for scheduled application tasks.
