Instructions

Installation

1. Download the hrm-management.zip file
2. Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
3. Upload the ZIP file and click Install Now
4. Click Activate Plugin
5. Go to HR Management → Settings and configure your company name, currency, and portal page

Staff Portal Setup

1. Create a new WordPress Page (e.g. "Staff Portal")
2. Add the shortcode to that page
3. Go to HR Management → Settings and select this page as your portal page
4. Go to HR Management → Staff and add your employees
5. Link each staff member to a WordPress user account for login access

Payroll Setup

1. Go to HR Management → Salary Structure
2. Set up Basic, HRA, Conveyance, PF, ESI and other components for each employee
3. Mark staff attendance daily (manual or via QR code)
4. At month end, go to HR Management → Payroll and click Generate All Payroll

PWA (Install as Mobile App)

1. Make sure your site has HTTPS enabled
2. Go to HR Management → Settings → Progressive Web App
3. Select your Staff Portal page and set theme color
4. Save settings — staff can now install the portal as a mobile app
