Hacker 404 - Retro Terminal Error Page

Description

Hacker 404 is a responsive error page with a retro terminal and CRT-inspired design.

The page is built with HTML and CSS and includes a code-only wireframe globe, animated scanner, screen flicker, scanlines, blinking cursor, terminal-style interface details, and responsive behavior.

It is designed as a standalone custom 404 page and does not require any external images, frameworks, build tools, or third-party libraries.

The layout adapts for desktop, tablet, mobile, and very small screens. Decorative elements are reduced or hidden at smaller widths to keep the design clean and readable.

The package also includes documentation and a README file with customization and installation instructions.
