Gridder - add and remove columns from Prestashop back office lists

This module allows you to add and remove columns from various listings in Prestashop back office.
You can control which columns to hide and also add some extra columns.
Current version of this module has the following features:
Customers grid
You can hide each column and also add:
- customer’s default group name
- company name
- VAT number
- number of placed orders
Orders grid
(since PrestaShop 1.7.7)
You can hide each column and also add:
- customer’s default group name
- customer’s email
- delivery city
- company name
- VAT number
- carrier name
Categories grid
You can hide each column.
