Gin Rummy - HTML5 Card Game (Construct 3)

Gin Rummy is a classic card game designed for two players. In this game, you will play against the CPU. The CPU is assigned a random predefined username, creating the illusion of a real online user. This design eliminates the need for setting up a complex multiplayer system or renting a server for a multiplayer-like experience.

You can adjust the bot/CPU difficulty by changing the “cheating rate” variable. This allows you to make the game either easy to win or challenging to an unfair degree. In the demo game (Live Preview), the difficulty is set to 0 (No cheating).

Never played Gin Rummy before? Essentially, the goal of Gin Rummy is to have less deadwood than your opponent, or ideally, no deadwood at all. Your deadwood amount becomes your opponent’s points. If your opponent’s points exceed 100, you lose. Conversely, if you reach 100 points before your opponent, you win. More info about Gin Rummy rules and guide

This game is developed using Construct 3 (r368) game engine. You need Construct 3 full/paid version to modify this game.

Although Construct 3 is known for its “No programming knowledge needed” approach and drag-and-drop system, this Gin Rummy game contains a lot of JavaScript code for its core game logic. The UI and movements use Construct events, and no external add-ons are used in this game.
