Requirements

• PHP 8.2 or higher (extensions: BCMath, Ctype, Fileinfo, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO, Tokenizer, XML, GD)
• MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.5+
• Composer (for dependency management)
• Web Server (Apache / Nginx with PHP-FPM)
• Google Gemini API Key (for AI features)
• Optional: Stripe Account (for subscription billing)
• Optional: Twilio Account (for WhatsApp notifications)

Instructions

1. Upload the entire FormFlowAI/ folder to your server.
2. Copy .env.example to .env and update database, mail, and API credentials.
3. Run composer install --optimize-autoloader --no-dev (if vendor folder is missing).
4. Run php artisan key:generate.
5. Run php artisan migrate --seed (creates all tables and seeds templates/plans).
6. Run php artisan storage:link.
7. Configure your web server to point to the public/ directory.
8. Visit your site, register a user, and start building forms!
9. For production, set APP_ENV=production and APP_DEBUG=false in .env.
