Easy Email Order Tracking for WooCommerce

Easy Email Order Tracking turns a courier company's shipment report into finished, notified WooCommerce orders in one upload — no manual copy-pasting of tracking numbers, no separate "mark as shipped" step, and no forgetting to email the customer.

Upload the courier's Excel or CSV report (a ready-to-use template is built in), and for every row the plugin can safely match to an order, it will:

• Save the courier name and AWB / tracking number to the matching order.
• Automatically move that order from Processing to a dedicated "Dispatched" status — the plugin registers this status itself, so no other shipment-tracking plugin is required.
• Send exactly one "Dispatched" notification email to the customer, with built-in duplicate-send protection so re-running an import never spams a customer twice for the same tracking details.
• Log every import — matched, skipped, and why — in a searchable Tracking Mail History screen, so you can always see exactly what happened to every row you ever uploaded.

Rows that can't be safely processed (blank tracking number, an order that doesn't exist, a cancelled order, a missing billing email, and so on) are never guessed at — they're clearly listed with the exact reason, so nothing silently goes wrong.

Licensing note: this item requires an active license key to import tracking data (activated from the plugin's own License tab, one site per key). Contact the author after purchase to receive your license key.

How it works:

1. Download the built-in Excel template and fill it with your courier's shipment report (or export your courier's report directly into the same seven columns).
2. Upload it on the plugin's admin screen and preview exactly which orders will be matched, updated, and skipped — before anything changes.
3. Click Dispatch — matched orders move to "Dispatched" and customers get a tracking email automatically, once each.

Requirements

Instructions

1. Install and activate the plugin, then activate your license key from the License tab.
2. Go to WooCommerce > Easy Email Order Tracking.
3. Download the built-in Excel template and fill it with your courier's shipment data (7 columns: customer name, ship date, courier name, AWB/tracking number, receiver pincode, receiver name, WooCommerce order number).
4. Upload the file and click Preview Import to see which rows will be matched, updated, or skipped.
5. Click Dispatch Orders & Send Tracking Mails. Matched orders move to "Dispatched" and customers get a one-time tracking email automatically.
6. Check the Tracking Mail History tab for a full record of what was sent.
