Dukanaz - Laravel ERP and POS

Dukanaz combines a Laravel ERP and web point of sale with a Vue customer storefront, a Flutter shopping app and an Electron desktop POS for Windows. The components connect to the same ERP and share product, stock and order data.

The ERP includes sales, purchasing, multi-branch inventory, manufacturing, accounting, payroll and reporting. The desktop POS stores transactions locally and synchronizes with the ERP when a connection is available.

The delivery includes editable source for all four components, a deployment PDF, a detailed mobile rebranding and publishing guide, and documentation within the ERP. Configure payment providers and external services using your own accounts.

Offline Desktop POS

Electron · Vue 3 · SQLite · Windows Keep selling when the internet drops. Orders sync to the central ERP automatically when it returns.

• Local SQLite database of products, prices, stock, customers, settings and staff permissions
• Offline login with securely synced (bcrypt) password hashes, never plain text
• Orders, register sessions, cash movements and new customers saved locally first
• Automatic background sync with idempotency keys, so a retry never duplicates an order

Requirements

• ERP: PHP 8.0.2 or later, required PHP extensions, MySQL 5.7 or MariaDB 10.3 or later, a new database, writable storage folders and a scheduled cron job
• Storefront: Node.js 18 or later and npm for building, static hosting and an installed ERP API
• Mobile: Flutter with a Dart SDK satisfying the included pubspec.yaml requirement (^3.13.2), Android Studio, and macOS with Xcode for iOS
• Desktop POS: Windows 10 or later; Node.js 18 or later for building from source
• HTTPS hosting and your own payment, email, social-login and app-store accounts where used

Instructions

1. Read Smart-Mart-Deployment-Guide.pdf and install the Laravel ERP first using its web installer. Create your administrator account and configure the scheduled cron job.
2. Configure branches, products, payment settings and business details in the ERP.
3. For the Vue storefront, copy .env.example to .env, set VITE_API_BASE_URL, install dependencies, build and upload the dist output.
4. For the Flutter app, configure API_BASE_URL and follow Smart-Mart-Mobile-App-Rebranding-Guide.pdf for package IDs, names, assets, social login and release signing before building.
5. For the Windows POS, use the supplied installer or build the editable source. Connect to your ERP, sign in and complete the initial synchronization.
6. Verify each configured integration and your release builds before launching.
