DropVault – Secure File Sharing Uploader
Description
DropVault is a lightweight self-hosted PHP file sharing script for creating private download links in seconds. Upload a file, optionally protect it with a password, choose an expiration period and set a download limit. DropVault stores file metadata in SQLite and keeps uploaded files outside the public web directory when deployed as recommended. The included admin dashboard provides a clean overview of stored files, download activity, password protection, expiration dates and file removal. A built-in installation checker and cleanup tools make setup and maintenance straightforward.

Instructions
- Upload all DropVault files to your web server.
- Set the
public/folder as the document root of your website or subdomain. - Make sure the
storage/directory is writable by PHP. - Open
/install-check.phpin your browser and verify that all required PHP extensions are available. - Open the main URL to start using DropVault.
- Access the admin area through
/admin/.
