Darji – Run your tailor shop from anywhere

Darji is a complete, cloud-ready management system for tailor shops, boutiques and alteration studios. Take orders at the counter, keep every customer's measurements, track each garment from cutting to delivery, collect payments, and see the shop's money on one dashboard: on desktop, tablet or phone.

Built with Laravel 13 (API) and React 19 (single-page app), with dark mode, 10 languages including Arabic and Urdu (RTL), and a one-click web installer for shared hosting and cPanel.

• Kanban board and list view: Received → Cutting → Sewing → Ready → Delivered (Delivered orders move to Completed automatically)

Requirements

• PHP 8.3 or higher with BCMath, Ctype, cURL, Fileinfo, GD, JSON, Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO (MySQL), Tokenizer, XML and Zip
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+ (SQLite also supported)
• Apache with mod_rewrite (.htaccess included) or Nginx
• A cron job (one line) for backups and the queue

Instructions

1. Create a MySQL/MariaDB database and user in your hosting panel (or use SQLite).
2. Upload darji-v1.0.0.zip to your domain's folder and extract it. The included .htaccess sends requests to the public folder, so it works on shared hosting without changing the document root.
3. Open your domain in the browser. The web installer starts automatically: Requirements → Database → Shop & owner → Finish.
4. Pick the shop language; currency, time zone, date format and payment methods are filled in for that region and can be changed.
5. Add one cron job (shown in Settings → Backups) for automatic backups and the queue.
