CourierX - Courier and Parcel Management System

CourierX is a complete, ready-to-launch courier and parcel delivery platform made of three apps that work together:

• Laravel 12 REST API with a web installer (no terminal needed)
• Angular web panel for Admins, Branch Managers, Riders and Merchants, plus a public website with parcel tracking and a price calculator
• Flutter mobile app (Android & iOS) for Customers and Riders

Book parcels with an instant price, assign riders, move parcels between branches, collect cash on delivery, settle rider cash, pay merchants and follow every parcel on a live tracking timeline. Fully responsive on desktop, tablet and phone.

Requirements

• PHP 8.2 or newer with PDO, pdo_mysql, mbstring, openssl, fileinfo, tokenizer, ctype, json, curl, xml
• MySQL 5.7+ / MariaDB 10.3+ (SQLite for quick tests)
• Apache with mod_rewrite or Nginx, HTTPS recommended
• To edit the web app: Node.js 20+
• Mobile app: Flutter 3.32+ (Dart 3.8+), Android Studio; Mac with Xcode 16+ for iOS

Instructions

1. Upload the backend folder to your API (sub)domain and point the document root to backend/public.
2. Open https://your-api-domain/install and complete the 3 steps (requirements, database, admin account; optional demo data).
3. Edit frontend-build/config.json and set "apiUrl" to https://your-api-domain/api/v1, then upload the contents of frontend-build to your main domain.
4. Mobile app: set apiUrl in mobile/lib/config.dart, then run flutter pub get and flutter build apk --release (or appbundle / ipa).
